I have always been fat. But I believe I was either too busy or too arrogant and ignorant. IT was not that I was totally inactive. Even I had joined some gymnasium and fitness programs in the past but could not actually continue with it. I was also very inconsistent about my resolutions.

On top of all this I kept on getting confused due to the innumerable websites available on the internet. Fitness Goals I am sure this is what is the problem of the maximum number of people on planet earth. WE all try. But don’t try with consistency and regularity.

This is the biggest drawback of all the people on earth who decide to undertake a new diet plan or a fitness program. It is not that people don’t want to get slimmer or are not interested, but they are just not able to maintain the consistency due to several factors like a) Busy work schedule b) Wrong eating habits c) Laziness d) Boredom But one possible solution that seems to be capable of helping people in achieving their all time goals of maintaining and achieving a very good level of health is possible by undertaking the following activates that will help people who suffer from daily monotonous , repetitive , traditional and boring workout schedules

1) Outdoor Sports Outdoor activities, games and especially sports can go a great way in maintaining the health levels of people .It is needless to say that automatically lots of calories get burnt everyday and also cardio vascular exercises are done on a daily basis. Fitness Goals Soccer, basketball, cricket, baseball, rugby, athletics and plain and simple outdoor games can really reduce our extra calories by cruelly burning them. Also we don’t need to undergo all those boring daily exercises which are repetitive and very demotivating. 2) Swimming Swimming is everyone’s delight. It completely de-stresses the body and also releases almost all our tensions. Swimming on an everyday basis is extremely beneficial for health. It burns all unnecessary calories and helps in remaining in a great shape and figure. Automatically all extra kilos and pounds get reduced without having to spend endless house behind those boring weight lifting programs and deadly and bizarre diet plans which apparently seem to be taking our lives. Fitness Goals 3) Cycling: Cycling is a very good alternative option which can not only reduce costs on fuel and reduce pollution, but also add greatly to our overall health. We remain fit, fine and healthy. We remain in shape and don’t have to worry over pot belly or obesity.

4) Surfing For people who stay in the vicinity of the ocean, surfing is the best option and way to burn calories

and exercise on a daily exercise.
